nVent NuHeat heating systems consist of tile underlayment and uncoupling membranes. These membranes can replace a second layer of concrete or plywood board. They reduce the risk of tile cracks caused by movement in the flooring assembly.

This membrane system is a premium integrated uncoupling, waterproofing, and underfloor heating solution when integrated with Cable. The membrane eases the installation of Cable by simplifying the installation process.

Consistent Heat Distribution

nVent NuHeat mats are 1/8” thick and available in standard and custom sizes. Standard and custom mats are thin and easy to install. These mats eliminate the need to configure the heating wires during installation. Since the heating wire is embedded in the mat, the heat coverage is consistent throughout the desired underfloor heating area.

Standard mats are available in over 70 sizes of squares and rectangles of various dimensions while custom mats are manufactured to fit your exact room/area dimensions. After submitting the room/area dimensions, it only takes three days to manufacture your custom mats.

Flexible Mesh

The mesh is an on-site adjustable "strip and roll" solution that is ideal for square and rectangular shaped areas where some on-site flexibility is needed. The heating wire is attached to a roll of adhesive mesh material that can be cut, turned, and adhered to the subfloor during installation.
